    It seems that saving Ted Kord had some dire consequences, as there's a tonne of OMACs searching for Ted and Booster when the other Blue Beetles return to their time periods and blue and gold return to talk to Rip. The menacing look the future Blue Beetle gave as he explained Ted was safe before returning to his own timeline made me think he knew the consequences of saving Ted and used everyone to do it, but it could just be the art.     Finally, I've reviewed far too many Booster Gold issues without giving due credit to artist Dan Jurgens, who remains one of the most consistent, reliable and talented superhero artists in the business. It's an absolute pleasure to see Jurgens' style sharply defined by Norm Rapmund's inks, and overall, the two talents make some damn fine looking comics. Read Full Review

    So if youre a Blue and Gold fan, raise my rating for this issue one whole bullet, and make sure you pick it up. And if option three comes to pass and this whole arc ends up making sense and gives me Ted Kord back, well Ill hop in a time sphere, go back a month or so, and raise the rating myself.     I firmly believe that Booster Gold #0 is simply a momentary hiccup. I fully expect that this title will return back to form with the next issue. Booster Gold #0 definitely serves as a fantastic issue for new readers to hop aboard this title. This issue will give enough background information on the current storyline as well as Booster's history that a reader completely unfamiliar with Booster can pick up this book and immediately learn more than enough to enjoy the upcoming story arc on this title.
