Pacheco and Prez are doing some of the most clever superhero work on the comics rack right now. The sophisticated blending of drama, comedy, and superhero action is firmly rooted in the Marvel Universe in a way that makes everything feel that much more integrated. Spider-Woman #15 continues to excite, even if it's a "slower" issue for the series. It still has explosions, a fight sequence with dazzling artistic ideas, and a rather uplifting focus on a young girl who needs a bit of guidance and support.
