CARNAGE VS. MILES MORALES!
CLETUS KASADY IS BACK and badder than ever. With his soul trapped within the Extrembiote Armor created by Tony Stark during KING IN BLACK, Cletus has the means to level an untold amount of chaos and, well, carnage on New York City and the entire Marvel Universe. But like any good Tony Stark invention, the Extremis coursing through Cletus' symbiotic veins needs POWER, and that means Cletus is HUNGRY. Good thing Brooklyn's very own SPIDER-MAN is there to stand in his way! If he survives their first encounter, that is.

Carnage Reigns: Alpha #1 sets a high bar for the rest of the crossover. Read Full Review
Overall I'm intrigued by Carnage Reigns: Alpha #1. It's fitting Carnage gets a big crossover to reintroduce him into things, although I did leave with a lot of questions. Using Miles Morales at its core, there's a hero we can root for and interesting wrinkles involving Scorpion that should be fun to unpack as things play out. Carnage Reigns: Alpha #1 leans into the scares with a horror house of killing and slaughter that'll hook you. Read Full Review
The art mixes both superhero action and terror nicely, and the main story is easy enough to follow, even if you aren't up-to-date on all the happenings going on with Carnage. Read Full Review
While the contents may feel a bit off-kilter for a comic with Carnages name slapped on the cover, Alpha is a splendid highlight reel of all the qualities that make Miles Morales a compelling character, and will most likely convince some readers to pick up Spider-Man's future adventures. This is a really good Miles story and a really good Carnage story. A whole lot of fun.

A pretty good start to a crossover I was a little unsure about going into it. I think this already has the potential to be really good, but I do think this issue was formatted a bit weird. We get the main story right from the get-go and it continues all the way until we get the title page. Then, we get stories about Scorpion, Jefferson, and Agent Gao. While all of them are enjoyable, I just found it a bit odd, personally. Either way, I enjoyed everything here and I'm looking forward to the rest of the crossover.
So far just another Carnage story, but with Miles. And honestly its pretty good. Miles is amazing as always, the art is gorgeous, and I’m interested to see where the story goes.
had low hopes going into this, but honestly? This event so far slaps and is really good. Lets hope it is good
