You cannot help but get swept up in the plight of Dee and her brother Wee Bull and really feel there is some brother sister sentiment. I cannot wait to see where their adventures take them in the next book of the story of Tyson Hesse's Diesel.

In my opinion it is just that if there was smoother scene transition in a few key areas it might help tell the story for the reader. I know I had to go back and read it more than once to make sure I understood parts of the story correctly. Otherwise it's a very interesting plot and the characters are very creative too.

So if you want to find out if Destro and the Baroness catch up and find Cobra Commander then pick up this issue today. You better hurry because you know that Cobra Commander is a sneaky one and can change tactics at any moment.

My only wish for this story was I wish that it was longer. I would have liked to see how the family and the public would have reacted to Adrienne's transformation and what new adventures and experiences would have presented themselves. Who knows maybe this story could have had a touch of Cinderella thrown so Adrienne could have met her Prince Charming.

The Steam Man is an action packed comic book right from the start. Not a frame goes by where the crew is not fighting for their lives. That being said this is also a very graphic comic book and should only be read by mature readers.

All in all X-O Manowar #43 is well put together comic book. The artwork is tight and writing is well done. I know that if you pick up a copy that you probably become addicted to its storyline and want to follow the exploits of Aric the noble Visigoth warrior of Dacia.
