The Wolverine Origins series definitely had potential. Daniel Way and Steve Dillon had free reign to shock and amaze readers with the story of Wolverine's shocking past and the heinousness of his misdeeds against humanity and good taste. Unfortunately, the current run of Daniel Way and Steve Dillon dishes up only the most basic and derivative take on Wolverine's past.
