A solid start to the series, but has a lot of information in a short book. The following books will likely explain more of the outside world and fill in the blanks left.

An interesting read. While some things are a little bit predictable, it still leaves you wondering how the heroes will accomplish what they need to.

A good introductory issue with an interesting story line that builds on the existing world of Assassin's Creed. It helps carry the idea of the Templar into yet another time period allowing the "Order" to once again prove it has a lasting presence.

Betty and Veronica #1 is a perfect blend of the new and the nostalgic. Reminding us why this group has outlasted so many others, it is a joyful and fun return to Riverdale.

The story is great and compelling, leaving you wanting more. I look forward to learning how Grace wants to change Briggs Land and how her take over goes over.

Overall a good start to the series, brings the television show to the page with dynamic illustrations and fun character development. Has room for improvement as it fills out the characters, stories and the universe but is a great start.

Faith #1 is an excellent starter to what seems like it will be a great series. A truly unique heroine who was a superhero-nerd before she was a nerdy super hero.

A solid start to the comic. Relatable subject matter and interesting concept executed in a unique way. A few things left unexplained but as the series progresses hopefully all questions will be answered.

Glitterbomb tells the story well and brings us a relatable and realistic character. The only issue would be not knowing who our "villain" or main antagonist is, however it looks as though our main character might be both.

Hellchild is a fast moving, plot-filled story that covers a lot of ground in a just a few pages. With a such a large variety of powers and paranormal beings it feels a little bit rushed but has the potential to gain it's momentum now that it has introduced its title character.

An alright start. A little bit confusing with so much happening but has the potential to all be worked out through the course of the story.

Cute story, nice to see a very girl-power type comic targeted to younger kids. Looks as though it will evolve into a thrilling mystery as the series progresses.

Read this immediately if you can. It is a beautifully drawn, and expertly crafted story. I cannot wait to read more of this, and really am looking forward to learning more about where Abbie has been and what she had been doing.

The story is a little bit confusing given that it jumps to so many individual storylines but it does have good intentions. Leads up to a good ending that should progress into a great story about Oz and his team.

I found the story a little lacking in explanations, but it has potential to grow with further issues and longer stories. The art is different than anything I have seen, giving a creepy and eerie feel.

I found myself a little more intrigued by the first few panels about Tesla, wondering who was attacking him and why, then young Matthew. However I can see how this story would appeal to young kids who were being bullied and want nothing more than to find a secret weapon that would let them defeat their bullies. I hope the next issue raises the stakes and shows WHY the ray gun is so dangerous - enough to interest the president.

Red Dog is an interesting story that meshes a lot of different themes and genres into one. The young kid and his dog are a pretty interesting contrast to the scientific and futuristic back drop of their community.

I have nothing bad to say about this book, it caught me off guard with how well thought out it was. They do a good job at explaining the past without letting it feel bogged down in backstory. Highly recommend this book!

A solid start to the successfully kickstarted Wretches series. The story is an interesting plot and it has a lot of potential to go to some neat places.

Enjoyed this book immensely, with a strong female character and an interesting premise, I found myself sad when it was over. I look forward to reading more!
