Doktor Sleepless continues his ranting and radio in Warren Ellis' master epic tale. It's such a noisy world, isn't it? The cries of the disaffected, the screams of the dying, the complaints of all those previously-cozy folks in Central, and all the mad music that clangs and heralds and sounds a bit like the end of the world.
The identity of the suspect and what happens when Preston Stoker interferes will have possibly grave consequences for the good Doktor, and has Singer confronting the reality of what it means to be a cop in Heavenside.
