Tommy has a playdate with Chuckie and the two come up with a plan to finally figure out how their parents are able to watch their every move.
Rugrats issue 2, is another great read by Box Brown, Eleonora Bruni, and Lisa DuBois. The creative team continue with an interesting story, that we've only scratched the surfaced on. The nostalgia is still fantastic however, that can't last forever but the good art and writing can. Read Full Review
