Sep 10, 2026The penultimate issue breezes by, and as the reader, I feel the danger almost immediately when we go to the island after the Hell Boy recap (Which I genuinely appreciate). I can look at the doctor and tell he is off; I know Smitty is screwed, and Santiago will need backup as soon as possible. The glimmer of hope is that Ghost Leopard and the Devil's Swarm are on the island as well, who I feel will play a crucial role in the final part of this story. I have always loved a good penultimate episode or issue, and for me this delivers. I would highly recommend picking this issue up, as I will be picking up the first two issues and going all the way with this story. Read Full Review
