  Tying it all together is Abnett and Lanning's two bookends detailing the Arkham inmates escape, and while I wont spoil anything, I will say that these two writers save the best twist of this issue for last and manage to make the last two pages more than just a tidy little bow to wrap things up. This pleasantly shocking ending sees the return of one of the coolest supernatural characters in DC's arsenal and proves once again why the Joker is the craziest bastard in the DCU.
