Bagley is a pro. Im more used to seeing him on a Spider-man book than on a Justice League series. So his characters have that Marvel Comics energy and looseness which is often lacking from the illustration centric DC Comics. With Robinson, this is an excellent mix that should produce results. It's a little problem that these events take place after the as yet unfinished Cry for Justice, but a big relief that Blackest Night gets one page of reference and is otherwise just blamed for everyone's bad mood. It definitely gave me one. But the decks are clearing, and this looks like the beginning of a bright future for a title that's had more than its share of hard knocks. Read Full Review
I wanted to like "Justice League of America" again, now that it was free of "Blackest Night," and after how enjoyable "Starman" was last week. But for now, at least, it appears we're getting more of the same. That's a pity. Read Full Review
