Now that Superman has "rehabilitated" himself, he hopes to do the same thing for others…such as the Toyman! Even though Winslow Schott is sequestered in solitary confinement on Stryker's Island, strange, toy-themed crimes are still happening on the outside. Is Toyman responsible?
