Over the course of his career, Superman has managed to trail, trace and track down countless fearsome foes and bring them to justice. But this story is about a guy who thinks the Man of Steel is after him and is sure that Superman is ruining his life at every turn! Is the hapless con imagining things? Or is our hero truly his "Nemesis"?
