Inspired by way too many sitcoms, when Robin gets caught trying to plan a surpriseparty for Starfire’s birthday, he invents a new alias—Texas Robin, his identical twincousin—to explain who the party is for. Costume changes and misunderstandingsabound, leading to the reveal that the birthday Robin thought was Starfire’s isactually Silkie’s!
I must say, this series has surprised me. It really takes me back to the TV show-based comics I used to read in my younger days: The Simpsons, Regular Show, Adventure Time, all provided a solid amount of enjoyment by providing all-new adventures of characters I liked, even when I couldn't access a TV. So far, Teen Titans Go!certainly fills that criteria for me. Here's hoping that keeps up! Read Full Review
The humor in the series often trends towards mean-spirited, particularly at Robin's expense, which is the main reason I could never get into the cartoon, but this issue definitely has a few funny gags. Read Full Review
