Oct 30, 2013This comic is going to get a lot of readers. I know that because my fellow MTG enthusiast friends are quite interested in it. Especially with the new Theros deck out, people will be excited to see a comic book companion. I will definitely be reading the next issue. It's good for when I'm through MTG withdrawal or something. Oct 13, 2013So far, off this one issue, it looks like the new Magic the Gathering series is on to a great start, and hopefully it will continue like this for a good long while. Read Full Review

Comic Bastards - Dustin Cabeal
Oct 09, 2013The thing I liked about this story is that you don't need to have read the previous series or even know anything about it to enjoy the issue. Sure it makes one-off references useful, but I've probably missed one or two minis starring Fayden and I was able to jump right back in. It's a great way to continue the universe, but without alienating the audience. If you're looking for a solid fantasy series to enjoy this week then check this issue out. Read Full Review
