A highly classified piece of tech was stolen from the Human Body Corp., a domestic manufacturer of cloned prosthetics. Public Security Section 9, currently on board the Momotaro Ferry, is actively monitoring Kisashi, the suspected mastermind behind the highly sophisticated heist. As the team scours the boat for clues, Ishikawa stumbles on a container marked with the Human Body Corporation's logo, only to find it empty. As they near the dock, a fire-engulfed car careens from a bridge overhead only to land directly on Kisashi, silencing him forever and leaving Section 9 with more questions than answers.
