Dec 14, 2020Lord Beldaruit is a fairly whimsical guy who has seen too much from magic, to the point where nothing is new and exciting anymore. The apprentices must once again work together, which is still difficult for Agott. Also in this volume, we get a little background information on why Agott is so singularly focused, and why she doesn’t want to work with anyone else in order to prove her own skills.Coco’s innocence and inexperience once again serves them well because she is able to think outside of the confines of magic as it is, exactly what Lord Beldaruit is looking for.
