If Daniel has a best friend it would probably be Althea who once again pulls through and joins him in the desert to work out what's going on in Daniel's head. Being Accell isn't what he thought it would be, and frankly, Daniel is tired and scared. He can't return to L.A. just yet, not ready to face Monica, George, and the stream of other colorfully costumed freaks ready to wreak havoc. Daniel's also not ready to face, well, The Stream. But staying in the desert is going to lead Daniel someone he never expected, like Althea told him, you can't run forever.
