SPEED REPUBLIC #4 is a stronger and more coherent entry in the arc that completely changes the direction of the theme. The shift reworks a post-apocalyptic race into a corruption exposure story that breathes new energy into the series, albeit at the cost of not delivering on the central premise. The art is generally good, and momentum picks up as we approach the finale. Read Full Review
