Upon discovering what has happened to Kesia, Sterling recounts the story of how he was brought in to the Wolvenheart organization as a child. Together, a young Sterling and Van Helsing travel back to the 17th century to witness the unification of the clans, Dracula's defeat, and ultimately the reason for Elizabeth Bathory's murderous rage.
