Summary: After DD disguises himself as one of Crime-Wave's henchmen, DD goes to his gambling ship to look for the mob boss. After losing significant money on a rigged game, Crime-Wave wants Debbie Harris to frame Foggy for bribery. DD fights through Crime-Wave's guards & leaves himself open to Crime-Wave's line of fire by protecting Debbie. A policeman with Foggy wings Crime-Wave before he can shoot DD. Crime-Wave is unmasked & is revealed to be Foggy's assistant DA, Hollis. DD had previously directed the ship to head inside the 12-mile limit after subduing its pilot so that the police could legally board it.
