    (Cover Date: August, 1988)

    Summary: The paranormals are sent to a special army boot camp. Jeffrey has nightmares of his family strapped to an atomic bomb, & he is unable to save them before it goes off. (This represents his guilt for not saving them before Pittsburgh was destroyed by Star Brand.)
