The Corruptor threatens to have evil Hulk kill Betty & the Teen Brigade, unless Rick summons the Avengers. The Corruptor plans to gain control of the team as they battle the Hulk. However, it's not the Avengers who get the summons, but the Rangers, who arrive on the scene & fight against the Hulk. (Cover date: November, 1981)
