Hoo boy, what a god damn great issue! Like, listen, I haven't read any of the stories surrounding this because I'm currently playing Persona, but man, even without context and my little knowledge on Punisher, it is hard to argue that this comic is any less than a perfect masterpiece. Seriously, I'm not a fan at all of Garth's works, and in fact I'm quite the hater of them, just because of how severely edgy, disrespectful, and stupid they can be. But this? This easily disproved it, I mean yea his other works do suck, but to be honest I may consider reading this run of Punisher, because seriously this was just such a good issue about his character. I loved the art, the characters, the plot, it was so simple but that's all that was needed, seriously, perfect issue and I seriously can't believe some people don't think that it is. W comic. more
