I won't pretend that In the Blood has been a great storyline, but this issue wraps it up in such a way that it does make for a solid read, which ultimately helps to bring Frank Castle back to a place of normalcy… whatever that may be for this character. Really, this is a no brainer of a pick-up for fans of the character, but those not into Punisher will definitely want to save their $3.99. Read Full Review
