This is what I call a "no-nonsense" Punisher story. Tom Waltz knows what works with the Punisher.
This is a top action story that makes me go back into the '90s.
A Punisher with a mind and worried about innocents, his inner thoughts, Microchip, Battle Van, a Black Widow with no filters, and both characters dancing through the mass of mayhem and bodies together with the same goal.
His Punisher is human, he's not a no-feelings robot, he gets hit and fights back. And he sure does use his Kevlar when a bullet goes directly to his chest.
A simple premise with bad guys hunting other bad guys, killing innocents, which brought the Punisher and Black Widow into the game.
