While Salem's story plays out a tad too theatrical for my tastes, it does manage to feel true to the era, due in large part to Wilfredo Torres pencils. He does a whole lot with a relatively difficult setting, a dark and predominantly dead forest, managing to add quite a deal of motion to what could have been a stagnant background. He was a good choice for this series, which relies a great deal on the subtleties in which his detailed pencils are aptly fit. Read Full Review
