Szilagyi plays a lot with the panel layout this issue, and it enlivens the artwork even farther. For example, he sets panel series against a backdrop of splash pages which reinforce the overall setting of the scenes. My only complaint in terms of artwork lies in the protraction during the Phantom's investigation of the castle where he last met his nemesis. I think a few of those panels could have been cut to give the search more momentum. Read Full Review
