The superb issue of The Phantom promotes and preserves the legacy. The action-packed artwork of Zeu makes the clashing swords and beautiful damsels a joy to experience. Bullock's story once more condemns the slave trade, but in a lighter fashion than previous issues. This is not a realistic look at the slavers who roamed the high seas but an Errol Flynn styled swashbuckler that gains its edge through its subject. Read Full Review
