A high schooler acquires a magic pencil that can grant any wish she wants, and she uses it to call upon legendary heroes to protect the world! But where did the pencil come from, and why did it come to her?

There’s a cyborg kid named Casshan, and one of her teachers calls himself Tekkaman. It’s up to Emi to get all of the heroes to their home worlds, but first, they need to figure out how Emi’s pencil works! Moreover, how did it come into her possession, and why?
