May 27, 2026While I’m hopeful for more of this to be made, as focusing on what’s teased as next here could be a lot of fun, we also get a solid ending to the current and opening storyline that I’ll be content without more. Bunn delivers some very fun material here overall, but what he does best is set it up for Mitten to overdeliver with some fantastic layouts and gorgeous artwork. It keeps the action big but personal, and the creative aspect of what they’re facing the locations really hits a sweet spot for me. I really enjoyed both of these miniseries a whole lot, and am looking forward to what both creators have in store in the future whether it’s more of this or another project that scratches an itch.
