RABID WORLD #4 brings the mini-series to a close with survivors aboard The Jibberish making a last dash for help, survivors in Ft. Levine making a last stand, and the creators taking their last run at wrapping up all the threads with a tidy, little bow. The story is well-written and ends the current conflicts neatly, but the conclusion lacks dramatic punch. The art is visually interesting with great linework and effective color usage.
