Back in Seifort after his travels in Galia, Fate runs afoul of his former tormenter, Rafale Vlerick, who reveals a plan to bring the world's skill-based hierarchy to a swift and violent end. But when Rafale's own power consumes him, it's up to Fate to stop an army of vampiric monsters from swarming the city!
