    BOSTON METAPHYSICAL SOCIETY: THE BOOK OF DEMONS is the best one-shot spinoff of the series so far. The story gives more room to the magical elements, creates a compelling conflict with clear stakes, and ends on a satisfying note that leaves the door open for more adventures to come.
