Ever since the yakuza incident and Onoe's daring rescue, rookie reporter Kasai has gone from viewing Onoe as a rival to admiring him to a fault! And Kaburagi is not pleased -- at all. While chasing a story about a famous actor having an affair, Onoe and Kaburagi run into Kasai. In a fit of jealousy, Kaburagi blurts out that he and Onoe are a couple. Overhearing this, the devious Inami decides to target Onoe.
