Mike Dowling's art has been top drawer all series and again in issue 3 there is a dark realism to it you wouldn't find in many other comic books. The panel with Monty being breastfed as a baby crossed with grown up Monty in another sexual congress moment is chilling to see. Read Full Review

This is still one of my favorite series to premiere this year. As we get near the end of 2013 you start to think about all the issues you read and overall I don't think 2013 has been as strong as 2012, but Death Sentence has been a ray of sunshine in an otherwise dull year. Death Sentence is definitely different. Luckily, the story doesnt rely on gimmicks or shock value; this really is a well-composed story with twists and turns in the plot and some very interesting characters. Titan Comics have been releasing some really interesting work recently, but Death Sentence is definitely at the top of the list. Read Full Review
