Of course, the stories from the Street Fighter series by Udon are always weak. This issue is actually better thought out and with more material to peruse. However, its difficult to understand where this issue fits with what has happened previously. It seems that the writer is still exposing the basic plot elements of the story, instead of developing them. Read Full Review
