  INCISION #1 is a classic throwback to 90s extreme comics with a gritty crime noir tale set in the near future where humans have superpowers. Red and Diamond Jr.s script sets up an intriguing revenge quest set on the mean streets of Las Vegas, and Reds character designs and action are first-rate. Read Full Review
