Comic Bastards - Dustin Cabeal Oct 9, 2012

I may be a sucker for comics with one particular setting, but by no means do they get a free pass. I’ve read my fair share of other publisher’s Canadian teams and been disappointed. Northern Adventure is a good book and one that needs to continue being made in the comic industry. There is room for the ultra-realistic mature storylines side-by-side with the all-ages beat’em up titles as well. This was a fun and very entertaining book that I encourage any fan of the superhero genre to check out. Read Full Review

Comics: The Gathering - lucstclair Jul 29, 2012

I read a wide variety of comics from the Amazing Spider-Man to Jeff Lemires Sweet Tooth & Dark Horses B.P.R.D. to Brian K. Vaughns Saga. I admit, I usually stay clear of kid friendly comics, but this was a refreshing change, like reading Jeff Smiths Bone for the first time. Id like to thank Andre St-Amour & everyone at Frozen Light Comics for this wonderful comic and I wish him the best of luck with his artistic endeavours. Youre doing something Ive always dreamt of doing since I first picked up my very first Punisher comic way back in 1986. Kudos! Read Full Review
