  Of the three covers, issue #1 is the best. It was done by James T. Sherman and it looks great for the most part. Toht's big weasel-head and his scare of the medallion are detailed beautifully. The covers for issues #2 and #3 are done by Walt Simonson, who also adapted the story for the comics. His covers are not as nice as Sherman's, especially #3. Simonson's cover for #2 is decent, with a nice upward angle of Indy lowering into the snake infested Well of Souls. Read Full Review
