  Ultimately I wound up losing the enthusiasm I had for this book about halfway through. Although Risso's visuals are entertaining as always, I expected better from Azzarello. There is still hope as this team has several other series coming our way through Vertigo, but Spaceman was surely to be a disappointment to most readers who know what these two men are capable of.
