    STAGNANT WATERS #1 begins a vast time-space adventure for a young man who doesnt realize hes at the center of an intergalactic conflict. The story gives sci-fi every concept you could imagine and more, and the art is better than average for a digital, indie offering. That said, the narration is overwritten, and the plot frequently slips from complex to confusing. Read Full Review
