  Even if you’ve already read this series you need to check this book out. It’s a great collection that is wonderfully colored and gives you the best reading experience possible. If you haven’t read it and love superhero comics then you’ll love this. Don’t think of it as a spoof though; think of it as fun all-ages style of story that hits all the classic genre tropes you’re familiar with. Like I said, this is one of the best superhero comics I’ve ever read. It didn’t have to resort to a ton of violence or mature dialog to tell a fantastic superhero story with, get this, a strong female lead. The best part is that there is no one demographic that this book is geared towards; its age defying and perfect for any superhero fan or even anyone that wants to be a superhero fan.
