  Even going into this comic as someone who didn't like the game there really isn't that much for me to hate on The Last of US: American Dream. There are things I don't care for like the aggressively dark story-line and overall sense of un-accomplishment by the end of the story but those aren't really major problems till the end. And yes while some of the characters are annoying and unlikable the main character isn't and no one really descends into the kind of madness and cruelty sadly endemic to the zombie genre these days. Overall though I'm not sure I'd say I recommendThe Last of US: American Dream even for fans of the game it's not really too much like the game in story or content, it really only exists if you were chomping at the bit for more Ellie, if that's your bag have at it but if you're just a casual fan or looking for more zombie fighting, world building, or more Joel you won't find it here.
