Although it calls itself a spoof of "the old serial action movies of the 1930s and 1940s," Uncouth Sleuth only uses the visuals of that period superficially. That, in combination with its lack of real irony or satire and its nauseating focus on sexual humor makes this as close to comic-book softcore porn without actually having any sex in it.
