May 24, 2020There is a lot of tension between Dojo and Iku in this one, which is where the "love" of "love & war" comes in. Tezuka has seemed to drop his suit on Iku, claiming that he only asked her out in the first place to see what was so special about her that everyone else saw. Dojo insists on protecting Iku in any way possible, and that includes shielding her from any situation where her name or picture might appear in the papers or on newscasts. This volume moved very quickly and didn't have many of the normal side characters in it because of all the focus on the two mains. The detailed illustrations are definitely going to be a plus when we get to the big battles between the MBC and the Library Force. Read Full Review
