Nothing about Saitama passes the eyeball test when it comes to superheroes, from his lifeless expression to his bald head to his unimpressive physique. However, this average-looking guy has a not-so-average problem - he just can't seem to find an opponent strong enough to take on! To stop a Demon-level crisis, Saitama and company head toward the action. However, even Class 8 heroes prove to be no match for the Deep Sea King! In order to protect the good citizens, our heroes will need to summon all their courage and confront this threat!

This was, overall, a really fun volume with lots of action packed into it.  Saitama is kind of fading to the back, as happens when your main hero wins the battles so quickly.  Instead, ONE is building up some of the suspense with other characters, some recurring, others one-offs.  I'm tricked almost every time into thinking that there's no way Saitama can defeat these powerful enemies, especially after so many other heroes have been decimated.  You'd think after hearing the same punch line (pun intended) over and over that this series would get stale, but it's not.  This series is still full of humor and great moments.
