Psionic backlash from the Cat's passing blows their cover. The government can't have rogue Action Teams roaming the countryside so they send their elite enforcers - the Black Razors - to bring down the WildC.A.T.s. 1st appearance of the Troika (cameo) and Master Gnome. 1st appearance of Black Razor (think Boba Fett on steroids), the armored special forces unit put together to deal with meta humans.
