Meet Emma London: recovery artist and bounty hunter for hire. She is strong, possibly indomitable, and did we mention...part machine. Emma is the type that dives head first into things that most wouldn't and shouldn't. Those dark places that no one else will go to track down the subhuman criminals lurking in the underbelly of society and brings them to justice. STAINED first comes to life with Emma trying to take down a pair of international diamond smugglers, but her story explodes forward when initially what was thought to be a hunt for a priceless painting with a record high bounty, leads her to something darker and more monstrous than she more

The creators of STAINED work quite admirably as a cohesive team. Writer David Baron has an intense narrative and delivers it exceptionally. Coupled with an appealing looking environment and what is a rather unique andiconic look for Emma London, STAINED has all the makings of another hit for 451 Media. With what has been delivered in issue one, the stage is set for an exciting adventure in what looks to become the next great sci-fi action hero. Read Full Review

Outright Geekery - Christopher Amundson Apr 24, 2017

Sadly, I know where this book will end, but it doesn't deserve to be there. This book is to good of a story for it to wind up in the dollar bin. David tells a great story here, one leaving you wanting more. Yusuf is a master with his art. 451 landed a great story here, and while you may not know who 451 is, you might know a few of their founders. Michael Bay, Douglas Nunes, John and Anthony Gentile are not small names, ones that all comic book readers should take note of. Read Full Review

Comic Bastards - Dustin Cabeal Feb 27, 2017

Stained is close to being a perfect score for me, but that one troublesome detail keeps it from getting there. It's still a hell of an issue and surprisingly refreshing considering how overdone the sci-fi, dystopian bounty hunter genre is currently in comics. Think about that, not only is that a genre, but it's one that's been done to death in the past two years and yet here's Stained making me want to read more like it already. It just goes to show, that a great comic will rise to the top no matter how saturated the market. Read Full Review

Despite its obvious influences and trope-esque elements, Stained is an entertaining read with a lead that is just interesting enough to pique my curiosity. Read Full Review

David and Yusuf came out the start swinging, and they connected with a very good first issue. Emma is a badass and we are excited for what is next for her. Is this a TV show yet??? 451 and this creating team has got something original and special in what has recently been a watered down genre.
