Ancient Egyptians: Age of Reptiles #2 is a fairly drastic change of pace from its predecessor, and that may throw off returning readers. However, Ricardo Delgado handles the acceleration well, utilizing punctuated moments of violence to emphasize character traits and relationships. Colorist Ryan Hill is up to the challenge, balancing the naturalistic approach with thematic coloring that aids the drama of this tale. Ultimately this is another strong chapter in a delightful miniseries. Read Full Review

I had a lot of fun reading this issue, and Im very glad I continued with this series. You dont need to have read the first issue to enjoy and understand the second book, though it does add to the story. Age of Reptiles: Ancient Egyptians #2 comes out July 1, and I highly recommend giving it a read. Read Full Review
